History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolf grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolf. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
