History: He was born in the north. Anselm was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sellsword. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
