History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in a small island village. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's repulsed by the pc
