History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a great chef.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Richard has worked very hard to control his curse. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Jocelyn was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is long and black with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and many goblins want him driven away
