History: Norman was born with his father's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Wymar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Born to a Gardener, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
