Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses like a well dressed Tanner does. He has golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Gifted from a young age, Frederick studied abroad. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
