History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. William was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
