Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Healer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: He is a mite stocky and prefers to wear yellow clothing when he does not wear armor. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Godfrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. Being a Miner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a black coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His black hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born in the north. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.
