Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aldous embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aldous was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in the west. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: A 6'1" eastern man, he wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Rolf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Rolf was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up work as a Ruler and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and wants to open a new tavern
