Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears professional attire. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in an above average manner. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theodoric was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Baker. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow
