Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His head has been shaved. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tanner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Anselm was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anthony was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to end his boredom

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Manfred was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears long strands of jet and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His black hair is knotted and matted. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and someone believes him a fraud
