One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sellsword. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He is portly but not overly obese. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Wymar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Wymar began to lead the lost caravan. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Navigator who has hired him part-time. A true patriot, Patrick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Patrick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
