Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He uses divination through singing.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
