History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Tim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
