Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear flannel. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.
