History: Born in the west to a Laborer, Rolf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a black armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. His red hair is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Hubert hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
