Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
