Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Robert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
