His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
