History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here.
