Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'7" and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sickle with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Everard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This tall, slender man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to be a crown-heir again

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Gifted from a young age, Theodoric studied abroad. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
