History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Manfred enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Manfred was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Percival's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
