History: Miles was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern
