History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Cory took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This western man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cory will drive conversation. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Spice Merchant who has hired him part-time. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.
