History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. William was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He now mingles about in high society.
