History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. After a long history of fighting, Shane and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is an amazing painter.

History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a husky man, who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a very tight haircut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
