Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
