Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He prefers to wear flannel. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hugh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
