In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Body Guard and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Assassin and found it very stressful. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Assassin responsibilities is difficult; and to be a fisher again

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Scribe, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When Kody reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
