His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is brown and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Raymond does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Richard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Roland was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
