He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Solomon grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Solomon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Stableman like his father before him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by giants. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears skinny pants and wears a green and yellow robe with the hood down. He has a very tight haircut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: Trey is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: He wears a blue vest and prefers violet and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and carries spears. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and someone believes him a fraud
