Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Wymar will drive conversation. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Wymar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Wymar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
