Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Dean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Chad was taken on many hunting expeditions. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
