He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.
