History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.
