Reynard Kimberley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He carries with him a set of greatswords, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Robert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
