He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it.
