Personality: Miles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adam. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is long and white with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'4" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
