Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears long strands of opal and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His silver hair is long and unkept. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After months of barely getting by, Conrad managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Tim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. John took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge
