History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hubert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He worked as a nervous Stylist and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
