Description: He is a husky man, who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is long and red with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dean will drive conversation. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miner business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
