Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a quarterstaff on his belt. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He wears a red costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly glaives and pickaxes. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
