Description: He is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. He wears a tan tunic with pastel highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a hunchback. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'5". He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 65. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
