History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Spy in town.

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spy. He now owns his own business.
