He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Balimaar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive.
