His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
