History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Cory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and is pretty ugly. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. John was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
