History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barkeep. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is a husky man, who wears long strands of amethyst and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Blacksmith. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. Being a Blacksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
