Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A true patriot, Ralf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
