He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Bertram began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
